1. Access and authorized use

Outpost is intended for internal teams whose administrators grant workspace access. Use only accounts and channels you are authorized to connect, and keep your sign-in access secure. Administrators may change or suspend workspace access.

2. Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give the workspace permission to read, store, preview, and transmit that content as needed for the publishing actions you request and approve.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for source media, thumbnails, music, and other material. Provide accurate titles, descriptions, audience selections, visibility settings, and altered or synthetic media disclosures. Do not use Outpost for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity.

3. Review and publication

Creators prepare content and submit it for review. An authorized reviewer’s approval starts upload and publication to the selected channel. Review all media and publishing options before approving, particularly a public visibility setting.

Outpost’s source-version and revision checks help preserve the reviewed content. You remain responsible for the publication decision and for reviewing the resulting content on its publishing platform. Deleting or archiving an item in Outpost does not delete external Drive files or YouTube videos or Instagram posts.

4. Google and YouTube services

Outpost uses Google Drive and YouTube API Services. By using Outpost’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google services also have their own terms and privacy policy.

Authorization is granted through Google. You can revoke it through your Google Account’s third-party connections. API availability, processing time, quotas, and provider policies may affect previews, uploads, thumbnails, playlists, or publication.

Instagram publishing

Instagram publishing requires an authorized professional account and Meta app permissions. Only approved media and captions are sent for publication. Instagram posts are public. Review carousel order and crops before approval. Meta may reject media or restrict publishing because of its processing, account, or API rules. You remain responsible for compliance with Instagram’s terms and for managing published posts in Instagram.

5. Availability and changes

Outpost may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable. No uninterrupted-service or publishing-time guarantee is offered. Keep your original media and manage any published copies through the relevant provider when necessary.

Administrators may restrict use to protect the workspace or address misuse. We may update these terms as the service changes, and will identify the current version by the date above.
